Due to the nature of our services (including website development, SEO, digital marketing, virtual assistance, and social media handling), refunds are generally not provided once a project has been initiated or a service has been delivered, partially or in full.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service due to a system error.

  • Service Not Initiated: If you cancel a service before any work has commenced and within 48 hours of placing the order.

  • Failure to Deliver: If we are unable to deliver the service as agreed due to internal reasons and no significant progress has been made.

Refunds are not eligible in the following scenarios:

  • Delays caused by lack of communication or delayed response from the client.

  • Change of mind after work has started.

  • Project scope changes mid-process.

  • Technical issues not directly caused by our team or platform.

  • Service Purchased

  • Date of Transaction

  • Reason for Refund Request

  • Any relevant order or invoice number

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take up to 10–15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


5. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the resolution or have a concern regarding billing or service delivery, we encourage you to contact our team for clarification before raising a dispute externally.
